| Did you all see the picture of this quilt on the Connecting Threads site? I really like the splashes of color in the middle of the sashing strips instead of at the corners of the blocks. Has anyone tried this? Do we call them sidestones instead of cornerstones?

| Well, that sure is different.....it could be my eyes or the mood I'm in, but the side-stones don't do anything for me at this time. The main reason I use cornerstones is because it's a no-brainer way of aligning the larger squares. SharonG/FL |
