lotto - october 2012 - catching up

We had several posts on the General Lotto discussion thread about the October lotto, but I failed to set up a separate thread for it. September was crazy for me and October totally got away. It's over and I haven't even started!

These were my 3 blocks for October:

We had blocks sent in by Beth7happy, Lola99 and Quiltnhen.

There are a total of 8 adorable Santas here, but if anyone else sent blocks that I haven't recorded please let me know. I don't think I missed any, but since I haven't really been as attentive as I should be I want to be sure!

To be sure I've given everyone who may have participated a chance to respond, I'm going to hold off on the drawing until Friday, Nov 2.

Kate, I sent an envelope with one block each for October, November and December. I sent it in mid-September. Lois

Thanks for letting me know! I will go back to September envelopes and be sure I've got everything.

Sorry, October got away from me also! But I also just don't do Santa stuff, so, oh well.

I will attempt to do the November and December blocks.

Once again I left something out of the envelope! I really will send the postage "in triplicate" next time. With my forgetery I'll probably forget to include the block!

I finally have these ready to go and in the interest of getting it all finished today I gave the list of participants to Linda and Val who are running the lotto for 2013. One set the list of names to numbers and the other picked the number. I assure you it was very fair.

The winner is... Beth7happy!!!!

Congrats Beth! I'll get your 10 blocks in the mail on Wednesday. This will make a really cute quilt or wallhanging!

Wow!!!! The Santa Blocks!! Very cool!!! Thank you all for sharing your time and talent! Grandkids just loved the Santa blocks!!
