Sorry for the delay and THANKS!

Thanks to all who participated in the August block lotto. I have received the blocks from both Kay and Calliope, but I haven't been able to log on for 11 freaking days!!

One big storm, and our phone lines went out. We were on the list for repair when Hermine came through, and AT&T just sucks here in central TX. Our problem was reported "repaired" twice during this time, and I finally had to go off on someone in the office. They had reset things in the local substation, but they never came out here, which is where the problem was.

So I'm back, I'm happy to have all the blocks, and I'm working on a Quilt of Valor as I type.

Mary - I wondered if Hermine affected you, but it sounds like a storm previous did! I think the phone companies in general suck~LOL.

You haven't posted much, hope all is well with you and your family! I've missed you! Congrats on winning - did not realize you won-great block for your QofV project! Make sure to post a picture.
