| I just started quilting (yet again) after a long hiatus. Today I learned that when trying to work with metallic thread in my machine, rather than cursing nonstop, a more effective approach is to use 70-100 weight polyester thread in the bobbin. Does anyone know where I can purchase that? I stopped at some stores today and did a quick online search without luck. TIA |

| Try looking for poly thread used for longarms. I have linked to a Connecting Thread Essential Pro-it is 70/3 - I've used it. You may need to adjust your bobbin tension. Also check out Superior thread's website http://www.superiorthreads.com/polyester-threads/ Make sure you are using he appropriate needle. |
