Margo,
In the thread about your quilt "Goodbye, Irene" (clever you!!!) you said, "I was able to take off the ankle from my Pfaff and put in on the FW and use all the Pfaff feet. (My dealer showed me.)"
Having only recently acquired and begun getting acquainted with my first Pfaff (a circa 1987, I believe) I am intrigued by this. Do you mean the Pfaff presser foot holder with a foot attached will fit in place of the FW foot?
I think the larger screw head on the left side of the Pfaff's "ankle" is where the foot holder is detached. Correct? And that screw will fit into the FW shank/foot holder? Are any special adjustments or considerations required?
If that is correct, well.... cool!! Thanks for the info.
