You can brag a bit if she's your sister, right? Patty has been quilting for years! ..well, as many 'years' as you can when you are 49 (and holding) right?? LONG time ago she owned and operated a mail order quilting business called "Hearthside" ..we both still have a few remnants of that! Today, she is one of the finest hand-quilters I've ever seen...her work is meticulous! exquisitely beautiful! She won the June lotto blocks (her birthday month, to boot!) and I thought you all might like to see how beautiful your shares are all looking in this piece!

I'm not sure I would have thought of using black sashing but it's perfect! Really sets off the colors in the blocks. Beautiful!
