I suppose they are all created equal. But I have 2 and one works better than the other. I don't know what brand it is though.

If I were looking at them in person, then I'd get the one that has better 'teeth'...that seems to be the difference in mine. Other than that, I'm afraid I can't be of much help.

Thank you Jennifer. I'll use your suggestions when looking for the foot. I see some feet have plastic parts and others are metal. Was thinking metal might be better over many years too.

I would choose metal over anything...plastic can break too easily.

My feet are mostly metal with a plastic 'box' in the back.
