I like that one, Gillian! I've been contemplating a Log Cabin but just didn't want to have to figure out all those various strip fabrics. Using your way, I wouldn't have to do that. Thanks for posting the pic!

At first I thought it was a great number of little squares, then saw the logs. Very pretty arrangement. Who gets it?

Well biwako have just washed a dried it and will put it on the pile I have here think this is the 17th bed quilt on the pile, I have given my friends each one plus my DD and SIL have about 4 in their house and have nobody else here or in the states that are family, thats why I backing off alittle making big quilts for awhile just going to make rag quilts for the church craft booth at the local festival here in October have brought the baby flannel all ready.

That is really nice Gillian. I love that secondary star pattern and you didn't even have to worry about the points. Colors are awewsome too.
