I won a lotto a few years ago with about 30 Ohio Buckeye blocks. I gave them to my mother who made a couple of quilts that went to Haiti. I don't think she took photos.
I loved your water wheel quilt too, Michelle. I just hit submit too soon, LOL.
It seems that often we never see the results of lotto swaps or birthday swaps, and I'm guilty too. I have a block lotto (black and white blocks), that I haven't yet made into a quilt.
Several years ago I posted a picture of the sampler quilt where I took the the squares I won in a block lotto and added to it for a single bed size. I don't have any pics handy now, they're somewhere burnt on a CD and I can't retake them because the quilt was a gift to a relative and resides in England now. LOL. It was a red and white quilter's choice. Loved how it finished off.
