Embroider a Garden

Bird Brain Designs puts out freebie patterns each month and this year's is a redwork fruits and veggies theme. They show them as tea towels, but they'd make nice quilt blocks, totes, pillows or other projects as well. Since we have so many gardeners, I thought some people might be interested.

April is Cherries

January: Asparagus

February: Beets

March: Apple

The link below shows all of their free patterns. The $5 or other pricing is to buy a kit to make the towel or project, patterns are free. Click on the design you like then click on free pattern.

I have no affiliation with them, other than they're one of the vendors I always stop by at quilt shows for muslin (they have a thick muslin I like for hand work), patterns, wool, and Perle cotton in many colors.
