I got a spacer strip put in place for new bathroom cabinets this morning. Besides the wood and glue, it took one crochet hook, one sewing machine needle, one quilting ruler and one pincushion. It just dawned on me - I have a full set of tools but I seem to think like a quilter no matter what the project.

LOL!!! when I was in my twenties, and broke as all get out, my car window handle broke off - I used a rug latch hook in it for years!!

I wish I was as handy as you are Linda!! whatever it takes to get the job done.

Good for you! My DH always acts annoyed when I fix something myself. I don't mind letting him do things but sometimes I just want it done NOW!

A lot of my sewing/craft tools & supplies came from Lowe's. Much cheaper than a craft store!
