thanks to you..i had seen that web site. it shows rugs and pillows. I'm really looking for a quilt pattern to looks like kilim. I'm not creative enuff to copy a rug pattern and make it into a quilt wall hanging.
If you pick one that you like, you can draw the pattern on graph paper and convert it to a quilt pattern. If you are unsure about how to do this, we can help! Focus on patterns that you can break down into combination of squares, rectangles and triangles (HST).
I found one (rug image) that reminded me of the Ohio Star quilt pattern. You coulud simplify this rug and turn it into a quilt with a bunch of Ohio Stars and square-within-a-square blocks (google Ohio Star and square within a square to get tutorials on how to make those blocks).
