Back home

DH and I flew to Seattle for a wedding and got home early this morning. Had a great trip, lots of rain there and at home too. Got a bike ride in, went to Pike Market (hit the quilt shop), and ate too much. Tomorrow is DD#2s birthday and we are having a family party. Then back to life as usual Monday.

Beverly, that sounds like a whirlwind trip! Glad you had a great time. :)

We are cruising out of Seattle in Sept. We've never been to the west coast, so we're looking forward to it a lot! I don't think we'll have time to visit anything in Seattle, though...I'll just have to find quilt shops in some of our California ports. :)

It's been years since I was in Seattle but I recall it as a beautiful, fun city. Pikes Market was a real treat but I don't remember a quilt shop! That would make it even more fun!
