Thanks for sharing, I'm always trying to find small projects to do in between the bigger ones. It sort of gives a restful relief before the next big commitment.

I guess I am a little slow, but what is the purpose of bowl holders? I am guessing is to hold bowls of hot soup or such when eating "in your lap"?

I am curious, too...it is flat like a pot holder or somehow shaped to fit a bowl?

DH and I eat most of our meals in the family room, in front of the TV, with dogs and cats staring intently at us hoping for a taste. Not very sophisticated, but comfy!

We use potholders, but I like your bowl holder idea and will give it a try. It would be nice to have something a little larger than a potholder.

Do you use thinsulate or insul-bright or some other insulated batting or backing?

They are to hold hot or cold food when you like to eat in front of the tv.They are shaped ,,,I will post a tute for them...

I have a "thing" against eating outside of the kitchen. Caroline you may reform me with your bowl covers. Great idea. Do you come up with this? I have never seen them before.
