I just finished the top of the quilt for our friend. It's 70 X 86. Hard to tell in the photo but the wide border fabric is black with multicolored music notes - I thought it appropriate as our friend was the choir director at church for 27 years! The backing fabric is a bright tropical print. He also has a beach condo so I think he'll like the fabric.

Beautiful! I'm sure he will love it! The wide blue binding frames the blocks perfectly!
