| Hi, I just stumbled on to this site today, and how great it is! It is going up on the browser bar with my other favorite sites. I have made about 9 quilts in my so-far pretty long life, but none in the past several years. Just the few posts I have read here this morning have started me thinking of starting a new one. Your wonderful pictures! The great hints!
I also realize there is some vocabulary connected with quilting that is new to me. For instance, what is a Fon's and Porter's marking pencil? Well, I can guess what it is *for*, but from Teresa's "Grrrrr," I gather that the marks may not be too easy to get rid of. Still...easier than regular light pencil, right? |
