Comfort Top to New York

A cyber quilter friend in New York has a neice who will be having a double mastectomy. She has 2 little boys and this is for one of them. (I can't believe I didn't post this at the time) There are little smiley faces and gingerbread men around the bright center square. Judy (from this site) had sent me some novelty squares so I used those around the 'crumb' medallion. My friend wanted to complete the quilt so I just did the top.

Really cute, they will love it!!!
The fabric makes me smile.
Best wishes to the niece of the friend.

Thanks, Rosa. This must not only be my year of donating but of using up those scraps as much as possible. I forgot to mention the corners are squares from Nascar fabric as the family is into racing.
