Ok, this is getting annoying!

All within the last 24 hours, my garbage disposal balked and refused to turn on, even after my DH fidgeted with it, then I pull the chain on the light in the ceiling fan in the dining room this morning, and it comes out of the unit, in my hand, then on a trip to the Post Office a while ago, the "check engine" light comes on in my car! What's next? (Think I'll go curl up on the couch with my quilt and my book).

It's supposed to stop after 3 things go bad. In the book I'm reading, Snipped in the Bud, Abby says "It's the Rule of Three".......3 bad events in a short period of time...it doesn't stop at just 2....so you should be home free by now. @:)
