west ward ho-DS almost to CO!

DS just called, he's in Kearney, NE...another 300 something miles and they'll be in Boulder. Not bad, they left Monday and have been just putting along! Thankfully it's been a safe trip so far!

So glad to hear they made it safely!

We had some anxious moments last week when my nephew and a friend were in London, ready to board a plan on Friday after the security alert the previous day. Luckily, they did not have a tight schedule to follow - they just needed to get back in time to start their senior year in college later this month. Plan B was to go to France and stay with business friends of his parents until they could get a plane out of Paris. But they were finally able to leave from London and are safe back home now.
