I have the a/c guys out here today, the younger of the two kept looking at my sewing machine as they were in and out the door, he finally stopped and really took a good look at it then he asked "can you make phone calls from this machine" he thought the key pad with the stitches were a phone.

| HeHe, my DH asked me if I could send a fax on mine. I told him that was so obsolete... it sends emails! |

| Too funny! We had a guy here last Sat. and when he saw the quilting frame & machine he said "What the heck is that!?!" So DH was trying to explain it to him! LOL Donna |

This is kind of related....We have a very old, old black dial phone in the living room (the rest of the rooms have the newer push button) but a couple of years ago, we had to have Comcast down to check out the service...Well, the young fellow had to call the office, looked at the phone, picked it up and asked how to use it..He had never seen a dial phone...I sent him to the kitchen to use the "modern" one....

| Dorothy Grandkids had the same problem at Aunt's house.
Along those lines they were surprised that records had music on both sides. |
