My DD is having this procedure done next month - anyone been through anything like this, or know anyone who has and has commented on it?

Thanks for any and all info -

I haven't heard anything about it, but I will ask at work Wed and see what I can find out.

I didn't get a chance to speak with our gyns yesterday. Two were off and the other delivered 6 babies, so she was really busy. The other surgeons were still in surgery when I left and the anesthesiologist didn't have any information. Sorry.

I appreciate you trying to get info, Beverly. Apparently August 25th is a day for surgeries. My sister emailed and her back surgery (double fusion) is that day also. She said she'll be down for 2 months. I can't be everywhere.....

I have never heard of this but it sounds like a good fix. Hope it turns out good for your daughter.

I should come over to conversations more often!

My mother has had this done. She is 100% trilled with the results. She said the recovery was fairly easy.

Good luck to your daughter - she won't regret it.

Thank you, Mary. I'll let DD know about your mom. Her surgery is a week from tomorrow.
