| Here is the first group of pictures. We flew into Anchorage, took a bus to Whittier, sailed thru Collage Fjord then on to Sitka.
Harvard Glacier in College Fjord. Yup, glacial ice is very blue.
It was very cold and rainy. Most of the pictures look black and white, but are actually color. beverly |

| Thank you for sharing these pictures. They made me think of my Alaska cruise. The ice is so very blue and pretty isn't it? I went in July and it was really nice. People were swimming in the pool with the snow and ice in the background! So cool looking! ~Abbigail~ |

| Bev, How far from Anchorage to Whittier? We are staying in Anchorage 2 days before we leave on cruise. What cruise line were you on? OUr boat will leave on Wednesday nite at 9pm. It looks just wonderful. And you said it was cold? I am hoping my next onth its not so bad. Nanci |

| Nancii it is about 45 minute drive to Whittier. We sailed on Carnival Spirit. It left at 9 on Wed. It was cold (40's), but we have checked the weather and it is getting up into the 60's now, much better. It is absolutely fabulous! beverly |
