2-11 Blessings/thanksgivings

We had wonderful weather this week, of course, DH had to work and I had the grands all week. It was nice to be able to take them out for just a bit every day though. Next week is supposed to be COLD. Highs in the low-mid 30's (very bad here in the south) and snow next weekend, of course, DH is off this week.

This week I'm thankful that, if all goes as planned, Kit and her mother and I will meet on Friday.

I've been away from my sewing machine and have at least 4 quilts I want to finish by June so am antsy to return, but I'm thankful for this sort of 'retreat' from the real world for a few days. I think it will help to give me a kick-start when I return home. @:)
