Question on outdoor fireplace

| We are considering an outdoor fireplace on our porch for the new home we are building. Does anyone have any experience with one of these or own one and have any thoughts on it? Is it something you use a lot? Or is it more trouble than it's worth? |

| We have a fireplace on our covered porch...we LOVE it! It is a wood-burning fireplace with a gas starter, which we highly recommend. It is so cozy...we use it all the time. Dh and I will drink wine out there after the kids go to bed, the kids make smores, everyone gravitates out there during parties. Seriously, it is one of our favorite features of our new house. |

| All mine and hubby's major life decisions are made around the outdoor firepit. This year its wood, but next year will be propane around some pretty fire glass. |
