Hi - we are in the process of building a new porch in the front of our house - we have plans and are just waiting for the permits to come through.

I have tried to do some research, but wanted to ask the experts in this forum for your hands on knowledge.

For Flooring of the porch - we were leaning towards AZEK...and on their site, it lists AZEK Deck and AZEK Porch. The materials looks the same - what exactly is the difference? What else should we be looking at for the floor?

For the ceiling of the porch - we were thinking of beadboard but not sure what type (I know this is a real basic question, but again I am a beginner on this).

Any advice or information you can provide will be helpful.
