Wood Protect which is waterbased NO VOC and boasts a 3-5 year reapplication rate with its UV inhibitors. Use it right over any waterbased stain. I am testing it on an Ipe driveway in South Carolina right now and it is performing better than I expected. It will qualify under LEED for low emitting products.

Hey Gr, my woodprotect test shorts never did bead water. Right now the milk finish is very close to the unfinished ipe laying right next to it far as gray/silver goes. The tinted WP ipe short hasent gone silver just a low tone washed out brown. This is only after a few months so time will tell. J.

One Time is a non VOC sealant, but it cures in the sun so if your deck is in the shade, it may take forever to cure. I think they have a 6 or 7 year guarantee on their sealant, I know that we don't have to reseal our deck but for every 7 years, which was a big selling point for us.
