I have scoured the web looking for some sort of plans/help for building a 12x12 A-Frame unattached patio cover using the corrugated translucent fiberglass panels but have come up empty. Everything I have found either is about attached covers or pergolas.

I have a general idea of how to do it but would like specifics. I live in Oklahoma and "the winds come sweepin' down the plain" and we do get some snow. So, some of the things I'm wondering about are the angle/height of the a-frame, how many rafters, 2x6 or 2x8 headers, 4x4 or 4x6 posts, etc.

If someone could point me in the right direction or to a site that would help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
