Back porch alternative materials

Hi,

I currently have a 16X16 treated wood porch that sits about 3' above the surface. The underside is open to the crawl space. Today, rain water enters through the planks and runs through the crawl space.

I am looking for a solution to keep water out of the crawl space. I've been investigating Lockdry and Ariddek as possible alternatives. Living in Houston, it is hot, humid with frequent tropical type rainfall.

Does anyone have experience with these products or others you might recommend?
