Pavers Question

This pic is from the welcome entrance to the town of Annandale VA. The pavers measure approx 4.5" square.
The reason I like them is the smaller size lends itself beautifully to curves. I have no clue as to a source. Where can I get them for a DIY project? Who makes them? I'm in Maryland.
