Taking down 2 lights on Porch

My question please help. We are taking down 2 lights on our front porch -one on each side of our entry door. We are going to hang a ceiling light on the front porch. What do we use to cover those two holes thats now going to be there. Some say a medallion, some say wreaths-Need suggestions. Thanks
