stains made from concrete

Hi I am building a dek with garapa decking. On the deck is a table made of white concrete.Everything looked great until

the first rain.The garapa turned greenish black where the water dripped from the concrete onto the deck. We are still building and have not sealed the conc. or the deck. any ideas why this happen and how to remove the stains?

I solved my own problem. White vinegar sprayed on the stains made them vanish. No scrubbing,just spray and watch the magic.
