| I am in the middle of a new custom home construction and the builder is quoting me about $75,000 for a flagstone covered patio. Size is 968 sq ft. 712 sq ft will be covered by 2 roofs. It is envisioned to look like covered patio, regular patio, covered patio running across width of the house. There will be a brushed concrete slab with brick retaining wall(2 ft tall). There will be a 96linear feet sitting wall. Price includes all electrical. Alternatively he gave me a price of $45,000 for just the brushed concrete with no flagstone. We are in Maryland Baltimore Washington corridor. Any thoughts regarding pricing. Should I do it now (during house construction) or later?
Thanks. |
