I currently have an untreated deck that we stain every 3 or 4 years (but it probably should be done every 2 years). I'm thinking of rebuilding it out of one of the subject materials. I'm also planning to add a pergola. If I wanted to keep thes products stained (not natural), which would be the easiest to maintain? Would it be any less work or more work than maintaining an untreated deck like I do now?
