I am stripping a PT deck that was painted solid grey. After the first round of stripper and pressure-rinsing, there is some residual streaking and pockets that need to be tackled with another round. (There is also mildew.) If there is still some streaking after the second round of stripping, will a semi-solid (eg. Cabot, redwood tone) cover the grey successfully, or am I limited to using another solid color? Thanks much.
