winterizing enclosed porch

I plan on using 20 or 30 gauge clear vinyl (uv treated) over my enclosed porch screens to winterize. Our screened porch is 8 x 12 ft. I will put up the vinyl panels using stainless steel screw-in snaps. Any suggestions if you have done this? or even if you haven't? Thanks!
