What treatments don't need stripping before reapplication?

I'm finishing a new pressure-treated pine deck for the first time. We're not that interested in preserving the "natural beauty" of the wood-- an opaque-to-translucent finish would be just fine. We would like the deck to end up a light tan color, ideally, to match the siding.

I don't really mind reapplying a finish every 1-2 years, BUT the stories I read of stripping PLUS sanding PLUS acid washing PLUS pressurewashing terrify me. I'd like a finish that wears off naturally and can just be reapplied directly to the deck every so often, without treatments in between. I was looking at One Time wood treatment, which looks interesting, but there are some negative comments from experts here that give me pause-- plus, all their colors seem very dark, and we really wanted a light finish.

Is there anything out there that's lightening, semitransparent to opaque, but yet won't peel or need to be stripped between coats? Thanks so much!!
