Composite on plywood porch

This past weekend I had composite boards attached directly to the small porch of our house. Most of the the porch is covered. Was this something I should NOT have done? It looks really nice! Better than the outdoor carpeting by husband wanted to use.

You made a great move by using composite boards. I swear by them. I recently remolded my back yard deck, all with composite boards. I love it. I even bought some new patio dining sets and a awning. Composite rules!
