Small Outdoor Ceiling Fan Worth It?

I have two upper porches on my under-construction townhome, and I ordered ceiling fans for both. We intend to spend a lot of time on them, and being in FL, it gets bloody hot. Unfortunately, when they tried to install the one on the side porch, the blades were too long. It will only fit a 24 inch fan.

We found one through the builder's supplier, Kichler (I prefer they install it pre-construction so I don't have to get HOA approval after). It seems so tiny! Does anyone have experience with these small fans, and do they make a difference? Here in FL any breeze helps, so I'm leaning toward putting it in, but I'd love feedback. The attached photo shows the side balcony and the fan we're considering, as well as the front balcony with its fan installed. We didn't put one on the front porch as we plan to spend all our time on the upper porches or in the yard.
