We just finished a 12x20 covered porch. The sheeting is 3/4 t/g sturdi-floor. 2x6's 16 on cntr. The eaves hang over 18 inches on the sides. New rain gutters.
My questions is. I want to put tile down next spring. I thought about laying a piece of vinyl down over the plywood to protect it from the weather ect. but i don't want to trap moisture under it . Is there something I can put down now
(waterproofer or membrane?) under the vinyl and it still be usable for the spring tile job.
