oh man please help....i'm clueless Ipe? What and how? whew

Hey everyone,

Ok my name is Angela I own operate a hardwood flooring company. I am taking on this project please help I can't figure what type it is. the customer is saying it's mahogany but to me it isn't solid? Is it ipe? And we have to repair, refinish and install 280 linear feet of bull nose. Do I refinish like i know how to do any interior floor?

Post another pic, zoom in close up on the grain, show the end grain also. This is not Ipe. Ipe will not hold a finish with a sheen like that. It looks to me like T&G flooring, which should never be used outside.
