Deck footing next to septic pipe?

As with all home "maintenance" projects, once you get into it you realize you have way more problems than you thought you did. Rather than simply replacing our decking, we are extending our deck due to issues with our current posts. When digging the footings about 2 feet out from current footings (I know - it's weird but it's what worked for us) we realized that the septic pipe is about 2" from where the concrete pier will be. Our assumption is that this is already the case with the current post/footing as our new footing is in the same exact place, just a bit further out from the house. So we assume this will be OK but does anyone know of a reason to be concerned about this?

We live in MN and code says we need to go at least 42" down on footings. We will be going more around 60" on this footing as we want to ensure that the septic pipe is NEVER EVER disturbed by frost heave!

Anyone see any other issues? We assume that the pipe being a few inces away from the concrete will not cause an issue with freezing in the winter as the current post must be the same.
