| Hi there, putting a new floor into a screened porch that has exposure on 3 sides. There is a roof overhang, but floor will see its share of water and UV.
What would you suggest for a finish? Lots of decking finishes are not to be used in an enclosed area. I'm not looking for anything particularly dark/staining ideally something just slightly darker than the natural pine look or even a clear finish. Thanks |

| Is it a floor, or a deck? A floor has no space between the boards. The enclosed area restriction is due to mildew fighting compounds and their potential to smell over the long term. If it is just screened in I would not worry about it. Try a sample of Cabot Clear Solution [5? colors available]. |
