Can't find 1' deck boards

I need to replace a few of my deck boards. The deck is made of treated lumber and the boards are 1" thick. I checked Lowes and all the composite and treated lumber were 5/4" thick. If I use those, the only think I can think of to do would be to find someone to plane off 1/4". Any other suggestions? Does treated lumber even come in 1" thickness now? What about composite?

Meant to title this 1 inch and not 1 foot.

I thought 5/4 is 1 & 1/4 inches. Thanks.

It's the way lumber goes. Actual versus nominal.

You know how a 2-by-4 is actually 1-1/2" by 3-1/2"? And a 1-by-6 is actually 3/4" by 5-1/2"?

If you ordered a 1" thick deck board it'd be 3/4" thick. So to get a true 1" thick board you need to order 5/4, or "five quarter" thick stock.

When I need actual 2" thick material I order 8/4. And so it goes.

Thanks for the explanation. I was aware of 2X4 but I had never seen 5/4ths before.
