How do I prepare hardwood deck for resealing with TWP?

John,

For your regularly scheduled maintenance of TWP, what do you use for the cleaner before hitting it with the oxalic/Citralic brightener/neutralizer? Do you just use water with the floor buffer? How do you do the rails/posts? I have ordered the TWP 100 series for my Garapa, and will use EFC-38/Citralic before the first coats of stain. Next year, before I reseal with TWP, how do I prep?

I am sure you have answered this question before, but I can't seem to find the post.
