Just installed a Transcend deck. Contractor was great to work with and the finished product looks great (20x30 with 2 sets of steps, led lighting as well).

Transcend rails - they were not so high quality IMO. Not sure why the rails are structurally flimsy - so had to add pvc plastic supports to the bottoms (actually look great I think). Too late to go order Timbertech or something else, but something to watch IMO for others out there.

Hopefully not an issued down the road...
