Pictures of large 2nd story decks??

We will be building a deck soon and are looking for ideas as to the design. The house is a ranch with a walk out basement so the deck will be second story, with a door to the master bedroom and a slider to the living room/kitchen. I attached a pic of what the back looks like now. I would love to see what other people have done with their 2nd floor decks! Thanks!

| We're in the process of building our's, actually pouring footings today. Will hopefully have pics for you in a few weeks. We also have a walkout basement & building 2nd story deck. We're using pt and black aluminum railing. May trim deck front in cedar for looks. |

| We're also considering an under deck drainage system. Looks like it can create a dry space underneath too, which is where my basement entry into my business is. Might be something to consider with a walkout basement. |

| Thats beautiful! Thats very similar to shape I was thinking of, so I'm psyched to have an example to show my hubby. Obviously we don't have the room for the lower deck, but I love that the upper deck is not just a rectangle. Thank you!! |

| Not finished yet, but have a pic for you where we're at. One thing I really like is the layout my husband did laying two pieces of the decking in the center perpendicular to the house & using 12' decking from center both directions. Eliminated seams. Our deck is pretty basic, pt rectangular ~10' x 24'. We'll have black aluminum railings. We'll be adding steps at the top right of the photo shown that goes to existing concrete steps on that hill. 
Later, we plan to add a patio or 2nd deck behind the garage for a grill area (top of photo) and a 2nd set of steps directly down to ground level (at opposite end of deck). |

| Our's isn't as large as your's will end up being, is 10'x20'. Finally have a photo for you though.
