New shed/floor question?

I was really not sure where to put this message, so I thought here. We just got a new shed delivered, nothing huge, 10x12. It has a plywood floor and I park the zero turn lawnmower in it. I am worried about the droppings from the lawnmower that may in time cause damage to the floor. Any suggestions of a coating or something I should do to the floor to help preserve it?

Treat the floor as you would any other exterior wood surface. You could use something like deck stain or porch paint. If you want more protection you'll need something like a plastic pad.

Might be a good idea to wash out those clippings and the the mower dry before putting it away.
