wood porch in need of slope

Does anyone have ideas on how to add a slope to a pre-existing wood porch? We didnt think of creating a slope when building. Now, standing water is seeping into my encapsulated crawlspace. (porch is 5x20'.) I am interested in adding another layer of material on top of the existing plywood. thanks
