My Husband and I are building our first deck for our first home! I have been gardening up a storm, and what better way to enjoy all that hard work than on a deck! So we are both newbies to anything having to do with decking, but I think we got it right- as long as we build the thing correctly. We are using a product called Radiance Wood? We chose the "Euro" style- I really like the look of it, it has these kind of grooves cut into that are kinda rounded at the edges it if that makes sense. Its real wood, and has a really rich deep color which I like. I just like the feel of real wood too, and this stuff is supposed to be pretty strong. We are also using a hidden fastening system called Hidden Link, we didn't like the idea of drill holes everywhere. Has anyone had experience with these 2 products? Any tips on installing?
