I wanted to post a before and after picture of my deck project as I learned everything I needed to know from reading the forums here on gardenweb.

I stripped the old stain off with Flood wood stripper, then cleaned it with Flood cleaner and brightener. I hit the rough areas with 60 grit, blew the sawdust off with my leaf blower and also swept it. Then I applied Cabot Australian Timber Oil. I used the Mahogany Flame color.

I think it turned out pretty nice.
